Job Description

    Purpose of the Job:-

    Business Development,  New Business tie ups,  New business models, overseeing service and quality for all the clients.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Business Development
    1. Liase with all key corporates and SME’s in the area of operation
    2. Create awareness of the Product offering with all key a/c’s and distributors.
    3. Deliver Key presentations and hold discussions with the steering committees of the corporates.
    4. Responsible for Business targets from new initiatives

    Business Planning 
    1. Preparation of Business Plan with steps for execution.
    2. Co-ordination with various departments for enhancements in   the platform to suit the new requirements
    3. Should be able to visualize the opportunities and convert opportunities

    CXO level engagement
    Business engagement with CXO level to close the business deals
    Very high drive for business development
    Sales and Business Development acumen
    Rigorous follow up traits

Role Specific Competencies

    MBA with Minimum 9 years of experience Business Development, Enterprise Sales, BFSI, Bank. Should have worked in the Corporate Salary space with Banks.

Behavioral Competency

    1. Relevant experience in preparation and finalization of business plan
    2. Good experience of Enterprise level Business deals in BFSI, E-commerce space. 
    3. Self motivated and ability work under ambiguity

Job Description

    Purpose of the job:-

    •Industry and Competition Analysis – Profitability, Financial strength etc.
    •Expense Analysis and Reporting
    •Cost Reduction/Rationalization Initiatives
    •Streamlining and standardization of processes
    •Drive various projects (on need basis)   
    •Assist Deputy CEO in analysis and various strategic initiatives
    •Develop presentations for Senior Management

    Key responsibilities:-

    •Stay up-to-date with the industry regulatory updates
    •Conducting competitor and industry analysis by keeping abreast of market trends
    •Improve overall cost efficiency of the organization ; Coordinate with Function Heads for driving cost rationalization activities
    •Periodically review of business and provide inputs
    •Support Deputy CEO in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination

    Should have excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
    MS Office: Strong PPT skills

    MBA/PGDM from one of the premiere management institutes with 1-3 years of experience
     in similar role within BFSI

Job Description

    Key responsibilities:-

    Distributor Tie-ups & Payouts Management:-
    •Implementation of the brokerages and incentives structures offered to ND/IFA partners
    •Managing the rates & tie-ups entered in Brokerage Rate Management System for all distributors
    •Managing the communication with the front line sales team, finance, RTA and the external team
    •Managing trigger of Brokerage structure communication over the email to IFA partners.
    •Coordination with RTA/RM to solve the brokerage related queries raised by the partners. 

    Sales Process Management & New Initiatives:-
    •Management of distributor related & other sales processes like SMS/Email communication, Brokerage slab / structure change request received from partners/RMs etc. 
    •Coordination with sales team, Partners, RTA, etc.
