Distributor Tie-ups & Payouts Management:-
•Implementation of the brokerages and incentives structures offered to ND/IFA partners
•Managing the rates & tie-ups entered in Brokerage Rate Management System for all distributors
•Managing the communication with the front line sales team, finance, RTA and the external team
•Managing trigger of Brokerage structure communication over the email to IFA partners.
•Coordination with RTA/RM to solve the brokerage related queries raised by the partners.
Sales Process Management & New Initiatives:-
•Management of distributor related & other sales processes like SMS/Email communication, Brokerage slab / structure change request received from partners/RMs etc.
•Coordination with sales team, Partners, RTA, etc.
