Terms & Conditions governing this initiative:
  • Only the Ideas shared on this website www.reliancemutual.com will be considered for evaluation.
  • The determination of "Best 3 ideas" will be done solely by RCAM team.
  • Ideas shortlisted by RCAM team will be suitably communicated to the person sharing the idea.
  • The decisions made by RCAM will be final & binding.
  • RCAM reserves the rights to terminate Idea Express initiative without any prior notice.
  • There is no cash reward under this initiative.
  • In case of similar ideas from different persons, the person who records the idea first on our website will be eligible for evaluation.
  • The ideas shared with us under this Initiative will be the sole property of RCAM and RCAM shall thenceforth have all the intellectual property rights in such ideas.
  • The person sharing the idea represents and warrants that the idea(s) being shared by him does not violate the intellectual property rights of any person and that he is fully authorised and competent to share such idea(s).
  • Any dispute in respect of the matters above shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
  • This initiative is purely voluntary and there is no compulsion on anybody to mandatorily share his ideas with RCAM.
